Another challenge that arises in the implementation of the free zone, is the creation of a Mexico of a legal scope against another, the" border and free ", as opposed to the" internal and regulated ".
On the one hand, the issue of inequality persists (guarantee of equality in a republican democracy). Therefore, the free zone must be temporary, not short-term, but if we foresee a fatal date of termination based on forecasts, we can assess whether the region has strengthened as required and that its special foreign trade treatment is "normalized". Otherwise, the inequality will generate stridencies to the national economy, sooner or later, which will charge its respective invoice.
On the other hand, from the beginning, it will increase the procedures and costs for those who carry out commercial activity from the northern border to the interior of the country. And that is not desirable and even becomes criticized, because the Mexicans of the border, they will be treated as foreigners to introduce goods to the interior of the country.
On the contrary, the sale of goods from the south to the border can be highly attractive.
Therefore, it is relevant to know the regulatory considerations that the government will promote, regarding trade between the northern border and the interior of the country. Exalt efficiency and effectiveness in customs procedures and facilitate, charging the respective taxes, the frontier-interior trade of Mexico.
In contrast to increasing regulations and obstacles to the economy, Mexico as a nation must evaluate in the government how to stop obstructing economic activity.
